Purpose and scope

Dorika Content Automation is an internal tool for managing Dorika Heroes' own social media accounts. It prepares content for owner review and supports publication through authorized platform connections. It is not a public account-management service.

Information used

When an account owner connects an account, the tool may process the account or Page identifier, profile information, granted permissions, access tokens, prepared captions and media, approval records, and publication identifiers or error status. This information is used to identify the correct account, prepare and review content, perform authorized actions, and prevent duplicate publication.

Storage and service providers

Application credentials are stored encrypted in the local automation system. Drafts, approval records and operational records are maintained locally. Selected content is processed by configured AI services; approval messages are delivered through Telegram. Authorized content and requests are sent to the corresponding social platform. Public website files and any media deliberately made public for platform retrieval are hosted by Cloudflare. Public media URLs are accessible to anyone with the URL. Hosting and connected platforms process technical request information under their own privacy policies.

Website visitors

This static website has no account registration form, advertising scripts or application analytics scripts. Cloudflare provides hosting and may process request information to deliver and secure the site. External social links lead to services with their own policies.

Access, retention and deletion

Access to local operational records is restricted to the account owner and authorized operators. Records support the content workflow, audit and recovery. To request access, correction or deletion of information held by Dorika Heroes, contact dorikaheroes@gmail.com. Requests are reviewed to verify the requester and identify the relevant records.
