Data deletion

Disconnect an account

In the connected social platform's settings, open its Apps, Websites or Business Integrations section and remove Dorika Content Automation. For Threads, open Website permissions. Removing a connection revokes that platform connection; it does not automatically remove existing records from the local tool.

Request deletion of records

Email dorikaheroes@gmail.com with the subject “Dorika Content Automation data deletion”. Include the relevant platform, account or Page username/URL, and what information you want removed. Do not send passwords, access tokens or identity documents with the initial request.

We will review the request, verify the requester's authority where needed, identify the associated local account connection, credentials, drafts and operational records, and respond with the result or any information needed to complete the request. This is a manually handled request process, not an instant automated deletion endpoint.

Already published content

Deleting local records does not delete posts already published on Facebook, Instagram, Threads or other services. Manage those posts in the relevant platform, or identify them in your request. Publicly hosted media may also need removal separately. Platform-held information remains subject to that platform's policies.
